Notes
Rates vary by date and length of stay. A $200 cleaning fee and applicable taxes are added to each reservation.
Payment Schedule
A 50% payment is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at booking.
Cancelation Policy
Guest who cancel at least 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of payments received. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival are non refundable. Cleaning Fees and applicable taxes will be refunded for canceled stays.
